This Zapier automation streamlines QuickSight reporting requests by connecting Google Forms to Jira Software Cloud. When a user submits a form, the data is automatically parsed into distinct request types—such as QuickSight access issues, data quality checks, dashboard updates, or general inquiries—using conditional paths. Each path triggers a Gmail draft for internal notifications, formats the data via Zapier Formatter, and creates a corresponding Jira issue with pre-filled details like deadlines, descriptions, and priorities. I designed this workflow to eliminate manual ticket creation, reduce human error, and accelerate response times for analytics-related requests across the organization.
